Our pre-acquisition service is available to all customers and is an essential part of what makes us different. We believe that the best time to get the utility strategy right is when buying the land. We’ll then work with you through the various project development iterations as you move from land purchase, through planning and design, and into the build phase.

Making Multi-Utility Work
Pre-Acquisition
The most important utility considerations for any development are often before the land has been purchased.
To support developers at this early stage, TriConnex will undertake feasibility assessments on the likely site utility requirements, and we also offer our Grid Dynamix Service – a specialist service focused on unlocking grid constraints and enabling developments to proceed in grid-constrained areas.

Design
We’ll work with you to create cost-effective network designs that fit your development needs, whilst adhering to all design standards and technical requirements.
With years of experience of working with developers, we know that plans can change. We’ll work closely with you each step of the way, updating our designs to create the optimal final network solution for your project.
Build
You can trust us to deliver your connection on time, whilst also constructing your utility networks to the highest standard.
With NERS, GIRS and WIRS accreditations we have the in-house build expertise, and our highly experienced operational teams will liaise with you to ensure that networks are build and connections are completed in line with your project build programme.
