Absolutely we are the largest independent self lay provider where we design install and connect water mains and connections on behalf of the local host water company and we also offer a fully independent service where we pass the installed mains to another asset owner under the new appointment and variation (NAV) process – its your choice.
Independent networks comply with the same stringent standards as the host and are regulated by OFWAT in exactly the same way. Price controls are built into each site license and prevent charging more than the local host for water for ever.
Our dedicated operations manager will work with your site team throughout the project to make sure we know your programme intimately, we then ensure that all of the required stages are complete to make sure that your final connections are on time. With NAV networks 100% of the process is within our control which speeds things up even more.
